AudioOutputStart

The audioOutputStart function will actually start a stream which has been initialized with audioOutputInitialize.

Syntax
plugin_send(MYGUID,"audioOutputStart",audio_t *);
Note that all Trillian functions and notifications begin with a lower-case letter, despite the Wiki requirement that all pages start with a capital letter.
Parameters
AudioOutputStart utilitizes the audio_t structure.

- window_id
- The ID of the window for which the audio stream is being started.
Return Value
This function returns 0 on success, or a negative value if an error occurs.
Remarks
When done with the stream, remember to use audioOutputStop to ensure it is no longer being used, and then audioOutputUninitialize.
