Hybrid skin

A Hybrid Skin is a skin that uses a large portion of the STIXE code base such as Skin packs and interface packs. The dividing line is a bit grey since some people refer to a skin that uses any STIXE code as a hybrid. However, since most modern skins link into the emoticon and icon packs, many skinners define a hybrid as any skin that links into interface packs with local modifications for certain windows, controls, etc.
