video-acceptdenytext topic Displays the text to prompt user to accept or deny the Video Chat. 3.0+
video-accept button Accepts and begins the initiation of the Video Chat. 3.0+
video-deny button Denys and disconnects the Video Chat. 3.0+

[edit] Controls to Initiate an Audio or Video Chat

toolbar-video button Initiates Video Chat and waits for confirmation from the other user. 3.0+

Besides the video display, filter and emotiblips button, the Broadcast panel requires the following:

video-capture-avatar button Captures the image of the current Webcam image into a file. 3.0+
video-broadcast-stop button Stops the broadcasting of the Webcam and disconnects all viewers. 3.0+
video-broadcast-pause button Pauses the broadcasting of the Webcam temporarily, and resumes when clicked again. 3.0+
video-broadcast-who button Displays a list of viewers of the broadcast. 3.0+
