An extremely useful tool that will install an emoticon set for you. If you are using a public set of emoticons, instead of designing your own, then this util will add these emoticons to your skin with minimal fuss. NOTE: this utility has been made obsolete by STIXE Emoticon packs
Cerulean Studios' skin viewer
Allows the skinner to load their skin in almost any state. This is a must have for EVERY skinner. NOTE: This is a bit out of date now as it doesn't support Trillian Pro features, but it can still be useful in learning the language.
